Eligibility and important points:

1. Formative Assessment is applicable only for the leaners of Stream 1.
2. Students registered for Stream 1 Block 1 of 2023 and prior (not prior to Stream 1 Block 2 of 2019) whose FA is not awarded are eligible to submit FA exam fee.
3. The Formative Assessment (FA) is applicable only in the practical subjects opted by the learner to study in NIOS.
4. The learner shall pay the exam fee for FA only if they have not been awarded the FA marks. Improvement in FA marks is not allowed hence if the FA marks are already awarded, the learner will not be awarded the FA marks again.
